I have recently discovered that places of worship are exempt from part L !!!
I cannot understand why this should be -- why should it be allowable for such places to waste huge amounts of energy? -

They're hardly ever occupied so the heat loss is actually pretty tiny. Focus on the big picture stuff Tony!

If a place of worship is also used for other things - meetings, fetes, knitting & jam sales, whatever - does it still have exemption? -
