I've posted this as an INTRODUCTION to the Passive House concept for the benefit of those coming to the idea for the first time and find themselves intimidated by the attention to detail (often of some complexity, or at least presented that way) needed to meet the PH standard.
This link is just to give you an idea of the principles of PH building, not just via this video but the links to other video presentations in the side screen, hopefully conveying the idea that you or your builder don't need a PhD in physics before you start digging the first trench.
