    Has anyone got any links to research on energy use figures directly comparing heating energy use for dry lined on dabs cf wet plastered for the same theoretical U value? or seen any?

    I don't think there is any.. I have been asking students to look at this for several years and they haven't come up with anything comprehensive.     If you had actual air test data - the annual affect on heat loss could easily be dynamically modelled in Tas. Unfortunately I no longer have access to the software :(

    I read those historic Scotland papers but cant see anything useful for direct comparisons.

    Mike, can you let me see the air test data please as that would be well interesting.

    I don't have any! I was suggesting that would be one way of carrying out research - Get the actual data for an hour at a given pressure (standard bregs test)and then input the value(s) into Tas - then dynamically simulate for a year to give what should be very accurate prediction of energy use for heating
