    Well at the moment I am just researching on Passive house construction methods. I am quite interested in this method as it will require much less energy to run it.

    I am looking for a plot at the moment but before I can find one I would like to learn about the different construction methods as well as cost up a house. So I will know how much the project will cost.

    I am costing up quite a large house ~300m2 plus a basement if possible . I would like to use the masonry construction if possible to a passive house standard.

    There are other things I have in mind: Rain water collection/treatment, Solar Panels, GSHP etc.
