The owner was a fanatic with a caulking gun, it has solid rubble walls rendered both sides, no cracks, all penetrations sealed, solid floors, draughtproofed windows and doors, perfect ceiling <br /><br />I believe that the result was so low that they could not believe it. 0.01 ACH at 50Pa]]>

			<![CDATA[My beautifully sealed new house passed it's test, but disappointed with just an average pass number (can't remember what it actually was). Then I saw the velcro seal around the fan "door" had blown off under the pressure. Everyone so tired near end of build, didn't ask for a re-trial.]]>
