    We have a mix of a new and old plain clay roof tiles.

    Any idea how we can speed up the darkening of the new tiles to match the old tiles.

    I would thought you would have more luck lightening the old ones.

    Someone tried the yogurt thing on Grand Designs and it didn't work.....at all. I don't know about poo but Kevin McC certainly took the piss. :bigsmile:

    You could get the robins, starling, wagtails, and any other avians to shit all over it, but don't tell Natural England they'll have HSE on it like a shot.:wink:

    Use a brick and tile tint product (search brick tint).

    (But I guess Yoghurt, shit and sugar would work as well - at least as an emetic, if not a laxative!!)
