<![CDATA[Looks like most been said but the following may be useful also. I regularly dismantle my guns have 4 on the go 2 different foams and 2 clean guns ready to go if get blockage. Sometimes the needle does not seal in the tip even when screwed home so when I dismantle in this situation I lap the needle in the tip using valve grinding paste. Another tip to avoid problems when valve of the can activates before fully screwed on is to coat the thread with grease so when you then come to unscrew the gun it is not stuck. The best guns I have had are made in Italy and easy to dismantle. My oldest gun I have had for over 8yrs still works well even though tube is a bit bent following a fall from 5 M up from scaffold. The other thing is don't by cheap foam I used to buy a C&C own brand until I tried soudal and that does not gum up the gun like the cheaper stuff.]]>
