We're two couples converting a small victorian warehouse into two homes. We're trying to do as much as possible ourselves. It's now got a new roof and most windows.
We're still looking for a plumber / heating engineer. And also someone that will move an electricity meter with all the paperwork. Oh and someone to make a bespoke staircase.

Thanks Triassic. It's two chimneys. We're very lucky to have the building. Bit of an epic project for us though. None of us have done this before and only one of us is skilled with a second learning fast .

It would be cheaper to use the one you have got, just paint it up a nice bright colour!!!!!!!

We've divided the building into two. We need staircases both sides. It only came with one lot of stairs.
