			<![CDATA[Conversions are L1B.<br /><br />This means that the flats won't have to pass SAP assessments, you just need to follow the construction U-value standards in L1B. You can also use electric hating without worrying about being penalised by SAP.<br /><br />You'll need an EPC for each flat at completion which is actually produced using SAP (not RDSAP which is only used for existing dwellings) but this is just the method for assessing the EPC rating, no need to pass.<br />But because you don't have to pass the SAP you can leave the EPC process until the end of the job.<br /><br />Are we allowed to tout for work on this forum?]]>
