			<![CDATA[AIUI, there's a new thing where the business rates on commercial solar installations have been increased considerably (six times what they were?). All sorts of odd consequences like state schools with solar having to pay the new rates whereas private schools (which are typically charities or some such) not. I don't think it affects domestic solar.<br /><br />Maybe they're talking about something else, of course.]]>
