    Why is it not more common? I see Baumit do Dp85 (≤ 0.066 W/(mK)) and it can go on 100mm thick. Isnt that an absolutely ideal product for a lot of renovation work?

    no idea. we're looking at possibly bauwer lite on the rear (modern extension) and ecolime on the front (original victorian bricks) , it seems to be a no brainer to me.

    DP85 is much cheaper than bauwer. Only downside is that because it uses eps, rather than perlite, its not as sound absorbent.
