General: Does the thermal mass of insulation matter when applied to masonry?

    In other words, is the higher thermal mass of wood fibre insulation of any use over eps in a masonry construction for EWI?

    nope.... thermal mass is the mass inside the insulation layer....?

    It will affect the decrement delay and so might matter in warmer climates, but the hygroscopic parameters will be more important in the UK, I think.
