Does anyone have any good examples of problems caused by solar driven moisture diffusion in buildings please?

There are lots of examples in parts of the world where climate makes it more problematic and these are easy to find. What are you looking for?

I found this one - but it keep cropping up so I'm sure you have found it too.

I do however remembering reading a report/blog from a consultant that I can't find at the moment. It involved a brick clad hospital in the southern half of the USA as I recall. Sometimes, on a sunny day the void space above the false ceilings was so humid that water condensed on any slightly cooler surface, and because of the quantity of water then dripped through the ceilings. The cause was a reservoir of moisture in/near the cavity when it rained (I think the bricks got saturated when it rained) and on the next sunny day the cavity warmed up and was able to transport massive amounts of moisture from the bricks to the building void spaces. The problem was intermittent (depended on when it rained etc) - but was proved when he get the local fire department to hose down the walls. If this is of interest I will search more.
