    Low modulus for fixing things?

What's your go to brands weighing in cost against performance?
We went with Dow Corning 785* for bathrooms and kitchen sinks etc. as it was recommended to us and is anti-bacterial.

Can't comment on longevity yet, but it went on well enough and looks good so far.

*edited as I can't remember which number it was now..!

The enemy is movement. If you can make sure things like baths are well supported so they don't move or flex when you get in and out the sealer will last longer.

Some years ago we started making up a 50:50 mix of cheap Tesco bleach and water and spraying that around our bathroom weekly using a Hoselock plant sprayer. Does a good job of keeping mould down on sealer and way cheaper than the branded stuff.

Hope you're not on a septic tank - bleach kills the bugs that make the tank function. Bleach also gives the mains system a hard time too. Like in WW1 trenches, the life-killing chlorine finds its way into groundwater via soakaways, streams and rivers, environment generally.
