    Dear Green Building Forum Members,

I am part of the international team involved in a well known and highly respected sustainable house building project, called Scocles Court, in a very beautiful location in Minster, Sheppey, Kent.

We are in the final stages of construction, and as part of the investors' business philosophy, we provide free tours of the scheme to those who are genuinely interested in advancing the cause of sustainable housing in Britain and elsewhere.

Scocles Court is part of a £30 million short term sustainable housing investment plan in the UK, and is a pioneering scheme in many ways. Having worked on many different housing schemes in the past, I have never come across something as special as this, and I am sure that there is a lot for others to learn from it, too. Whilst the homes are fit for the very wealthy, they are only slightly above average prices for regular larger premium homes, despite having many stand-out features.

The tour is completely free of charge, and open for students, policy makers, academics, architects, self-builders and anybody else who cares about sustainable homes.

Scocles Court is 60-90 minutes from London, depending on traffic, and our next tours will be taking place in the last week of February. If you are interested in joining one of them, please send me a private message and I will be in touch with you in due course. Please forgive me if I am a little slow in responding, as I am not familiar with this site's notification settings.

    Many thanks and best wishes!

    Petra
