			<![CDATA[Are there any companies that lease PV panels or wind turbines?  Capital costs are a major hurdle preventing mass take up of these technologies and leasing would help address this.  We already pay rental charges for other services coming in to the home (phone line etc) why not for PV's or a turbine?<br /><br />This would make complete sense if the price was right.  From a financial point of view - if it appreciates invest, if it depreciates then lease.]]>
