			<![CDATA[If it's condensation this implies warmer air with a high RH is being cooled ........ Hmm<br />Suspect UFH might be leaking or some other water entering the void (including ground water / moisture) and the UFH not being too well insulated is heating the void and evaporating the water /moisture which condenses on leaving through the air brick]]>
