    Anyone know where I can buy this on the high street or brand names etc?

    Any High St chemist will have it, but be prepared for questioning as it is apparently used to cut drugs!
    I need it to 'decontaminate' 60m2 of walls and floors

    Not sure they'll want their house smeling of lemon juice or vinegar

    I think I need a 25% solution and will need a good few kilos by the looks of it

    Dilute some brick acid if all you need is to neutralize some alkaline salts giving conductivity readings leading to an assumption of "damp"

    Several suppliers listed on Internet. Obviously the food/pharma grade is more expensive but you wouldn't need that quality. As SteveZ warns above, your local pharmacist will want to know exactly what you want it for! As citrate salts are water soluble, citric acid is used to dissolve base compounds which most addictive drugs are, so they can be injected.
    Wiko have it cheap and in large quantities.
