    Intermittent solar power - partly battery-stored (instead of ancient diesel generators) combined with thermal storage which works well for this specific purpose - high thermal inertia enabling very rapid cooling hence high throughput with small-space equipment

    Their website is at https://coolectrica.com/ Looking at a few of the items on the news page this looks like the best https://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/read/promethean-power-systems-thermal-energy-storage-a-cool-idea-for-indian-milk explanation.

    It mentions “a phase-change material” but then says “ice” so can we assume the PCM is water? Water with a bit of salt or other antifreeze in it to drop the freezing point a bit?
