    A couple of months ago my in home display was updated by Octopus with the new tariffs. I have had an issue ever since that is still waiting resolution. I wondered if others on the forum have experienced a similar problem. My consumption started afresh on the 1/2hr record loosing the previous detail. My export is stuck where it was the history is there but no new readings. Fortunately the export readings are on the manufacturers portal so I have a record of what was sent.

    Thanks visited link and asked to join. Seems I should have had an invite when I moved to Octopus but do not recall receiving one.

    Think it must have changed or withdrawn tried 3 times to the email address given on the website and bounced back.
    Coincidentally got reply to my queries this AM stating that what has happened is normal for an update to the tariff but they have not dealt with the query properly. Have had no export readings for 2 months and no statement either.
    As there are several GBF members with Octopus is it "normal" to loose your past 1/2 hr readings after tariff update?
    I moved my business supply to them in March but fortunately that is on standard digital metering.
    Thought they were the bees knees but have my doubts now.
