We're not at the stage of putting an offer in, and I realise I could ask the vendor, but I wondered if there was anywhere I could download the assessment for a given dwelling or group of dwellings?

I'm interested in how many "points" were scored for bike sheds etc as opposed to the truly useful things like fabric efficiency.

At that time, it wasn't compulsory everywhere but was in some local areas. Do you know whether the developer was forced to use it, or elected to do so? It wasn't compulsory in this area (Rutland). I think it was a condition introduced to get permission rather than in the original application. The builder was Jeakins Weir.

We also looked at another on the same development, and that was the first house I've ever seen to buy that had an air test certificate!
