Not a housing issue, but just interested.

There is a small building net to my local station. Was previously a coffee outlet but has been empty for some time. Recently, The Arch Co (owners) did a major refurb in preparation for renting to A.N.Other.

My question is regarding whatever they have used for the floor. As the photo, it is a very flat, even high gloss. I know it was poured, but what could it be? It looks like water!
