    Hi

Anybody know much about this ,

I believe its a requirement by some/all local authority planning dept.

All new commercial developements most show how they will achieve a 10% onsite renewable generation for there
expected energy use, similar to the 'merton rule'

Am I on the right track ?

and could anybody recommend a good company for such a report

    thanks for thoughts

    jim

What is the scheme you are looking at? We have done several of these for various schemes, including one this week for a domestic project where 10% renewables are a requirement

Whichever company you do approach, make sure they are independent. A development here approached a wind-turbine company for an appraisal - and guess what the building is now completely covered in?
