Anyone got a list or any ideas for a stove that can take a direct air intake, with a boiler, preferably as much heat to the boiler as possible,

You mean a stove that'll take the air it needs air via a tube, rather than via a draughty air brick? Clearview, Dunsley and Charnwood all have boiler models, and all have the direct air intake option. I'd guess plenty of other brands have the same option.

If you bury a pipe from outside under the floor and it emerges just by the stove air intake, it draws its air from outside exactly as you describe.
I remember my father doing this about 50 years ago and being fascinated by the little windmill he made which sat on top of the pipe.
