			<![CDATA[I appreciate the deadline for applications is short but some people may be interested in this course:<br /><br /><a href="http://whc.unesco.org/en/events/598/" target="_self" rel="nofollow">http://whc.unesco.org/en/events/598/</a> (all details and more docs there)<br /><br />"Application deadline 30 June: European Master-Doctorate Course on Vulnerability of Cultural Heritage to Climate Change <br /><br />Strasbourg, France <br /><br />The European and Mediterranean Major Hazards Agreement (EUR-OPA) of the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European University Centre for Cultural Heritage (CUEBC) is organizing a 5-day Master-Doctorate Course on "Vulnerability of Cultural Heritage to Climate Change" in Strasbourg, France, from 7 to 11 September 2009.<br /><br />The Course aims to ensure that young European students are informed on climate change and its impact on urban landscape and built heritage.<br /><br />The Course is addressed to young people with scientific backgrounds from Europe or from member countries of the EUR-OPA Agreement: physicists, chemists, geologists, biologists, engineers (a high level of scientific background is required in order to facilitate the comprehension of the topics). Teaching will be delivered in English without any simultaneous interpretation.<br /><br />There is no registration fee.
