During these three days British participants will attend seminars and workshops at Lund University, Swedenâ€™s most prestigious university. In addition, selected utilities and local authorities in the region will share their experience of how to run a community heating system and workshops will discuss specific challenges defined by the British participants. Visits to heating plants will also be carried out and the study trip will be completed by a guided tour in the Western Harbour of MalmÃ¶, one of the worldâ€™s prime examples of sustainable city development.
