I have been onto Zurich but they don't have any copies left and, as they have pulled out of the guarantee business, they don't intend to print any more.

From what I have seen of it, it seems to be a good guide about good general construction techniques (but obviously to builing regs rather than green / sustainable standards) and would have been a useful addition to the library.
