			<![CDATA[Just found this PassivHaus build : http://www.aipassivhaus.com/index.html and thought I'd share.<br /><br />Apart from the obvious objections to the amount of concrete and the type of insulation used it looks quite impressive.<br /><br />Airtightness figures are very impressive: n50=0.2198ac/h @ 50pa, q50=0.23 m3/h/m2<br /><br />I know we've seen better than this quoted elsewhere, but I don't think I've seen a better figure in the UK. Of course, the type of construction doesn't leave many weak points where air could leak so you'd expect it to be good.]]>
