Chug Tugby (www.stawbale-building.co.uk) will be training Volunteers on 4th, 5th, 6th May in how to build using strawbales as part of the Solar Building Project at the Othona Community. The training is FREE for volunteers who are able to stay for 2 or more days to help work on the strawbale walls at the project - great way to perfect new skills!

Volunteers are invited during May and June 2010 to help with strawbaling, earthramming, and creating a living green roof at this award winning low-carbon building project to creat a new visitor centre at The Othona Community, Essex (CMO 7PN).

No experience necessary, training provided and free accomodation is available on site. Volunteers can stay from a few days to a few weeks (lovely setting right next to the sea).

Great opportunity to learn or practice new natural building skills!
For more information please contact clarestone74@googlemail.com
