picture bottom of page 37 states Cellular glass insulation bearing to replace removed brickwork to ensure the insulation is continuous to the newly installed window....
My question is where can this be bought I'm about to fix a new window
thanks
I thought it was a good read but lacking in detail where can I get more from?
Yes, RobL on this site bought some online from Insulation Direct 2 U which was less than £200 delivered, never mind delivery, so try them.
Depending on exactly how you are using it you may be able to use the larger bare panels you are talking about, which are quite cheap at about £3.50 each, or you may need to use perinsul blocks, which have a bituminous coating, and possibly a different/guaranteed strength spec, but cost much more. About £5 per 450x100x100 block (I've just use loads of them, and they are good gear, but I don't really understand why the sheet form is so much cheaper...)
