10. GREEN RIGHTS
10.1 C&FGE shall manage on behalf of the Customer the Green Rights for a fee of 15% of the sale value, if applicable of the total annual carbon credits generated by the Products.
10.2 C&FGE may at any time assign its rights under this Clause 10 to an affiliate or connected company or any accredited agent.

The EC seems to think they are state aid as you cannot have a government grant for a green energy project and then claim FITS (EC rules say you can't have 2 grants for the same thing).

If you are caught in this trap you'd better charge them a hefty parking fee when they come to carry out warranty repairs. ]]>
