So an unheated wine or beer warehouse, or indeed a museum, should be designed with more emphasis on thermal capacity and 'decrement delay' than on U-value. A cold store by contrast should have lots of insulation. How about 15 kWh/m2/year? Or should the limit be better/lower since the buildings are typically a lot bigger than dwellings?]]>
