			<![CDATA[Um, mag lev, so some of your generated energy ends up supporting the rotating structure?  One good thing about this is that if at excessive  speed, hence generated voltage the rotating  structure can rise to such a height so as to rub on to a brake band and dissipate some of its excess speed. The downside is that at some critical low wind speed, the mag lev effect falls to such a low value that it is not supporting the rotating structure, the friction increases and the minimal output output falls even faster.<br />      Frank]]>
