    Same here, went from a B to a D. I have found their rating system completely bonkers in the past, this is not the first time it's done massive jumps for no good reason. I tend to ignore it. The normalised consumption figures on the annual reports are broken too. Mine just shows the same figure for every year.

    C is good actually, UK average for an EPC is D/E I believe.
