We have spent the past 3/4 months fighting the council over a right of way that was effectively a ransom strip but i am pleased to say that is now resolved and time to get on with the build.

Of course all the quotes I gathered have gone stale and we have developed a few new ideas, so I have decided I need to draw up a fresh new budget and not one on a back of a fag packet, which is my normal approach :-(

I don't need the expensive software that is on offer out there, just a simple Excel spreadsheet will suffice but I wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of one that has been preprepared with all the formulas etc.

    Thanks

LibreOffice and hunt around on here for the SAP spreadsheet.
There is a thread somewhere about CAD programs to.

I use both Excel and Calc (part of Libreoffice) and will say that Excel is better.
