I agree and great to have the contractors comment too.

I liked the GBM this month because of all the build descriptions/details, including the Timber Frame Passivhaus at Howe Park for Milton Keynes Parks' Trust. There is a video of some of the actual build on the website of the Architect.

However I have been on the web for about an hour trying to find Agipan DWG external tongue and groove woodfibre board - no luck as yet. I wonder if it's a European supplier and if bought in Europe much cheaper?

Certainly available in the US: :) http://www.peakbp.net/agepan.html

Seems to be the same company that makes Tarkett flooring.

Lancaster Cohousing has a to-die-for site alongside the river. And they seem to be doing a good job of developing it. It should be an amazing place to live once it's finished. There's a rather unprepossessing approach to the site, though, past industrial estate and new mass-market flats.
