    If these get approved soon then they won't even be bound to very high CSH rating, will they?
    For brownfield -we can generally assume demolish and rebuild. It ties in nicely with this news item as well. http://www.newbuilder.co.uk/news/NewsFullStory.asp?ID=1877" >Cutting emissions from existing housing would cost Ă‚Â£billions

    Though not actually recommending clearance it will add fuel to the brownfield fiasco. Is it a plot to pull down all our houses and make us buy new ones?
