BTW, the control protocol (hardware and software) for Vaillant boilers is documented (it was based on an open protocol, and other aspects have since been reverse engineered by various nice hackers from Germany and Austria etc.), and I'm planning on using this to control the CH flow temperature. The open source software I'm planning to adapt will use this protocol to talk to the boiler, and also the UFH zone controllers, and use our various Android devices as the UI...
Our ASHP attempts to do simultaneous weather compensation (by adjusting the CH flow temperature) and load compensation (by adjusting the circ pump speed based on the return temperature).
It will be dependent on the location of the room sensor and using TRVS on the other radiators if heat loss is not uniform throughout the house...make sure you have a decent open circuit with no localised control...
