    I know the EPC certificate Is'nt worth the paper its written on, but it can help if have all the facts when negotiating to buy a property etc.

    Did you know you can get free copies of the full EPC for both domestic and commercial properties from Landmark.

    Domestic: https://www.epcregister.com/reportSearchAddressByPostcode.html

    Non-domestic: https://www.ndepcregister.com/reportSearchAddressByStreetTown.html

    (And if you don't know the postcode you can click on "I don't know the postcode" and put in the address instead.)
