    Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with the online electrical goods retailer, Dealec, and, if so, what your experience was. Not used them yet myself.

    I've not used them online but they are fairly local to me and I've bought a few things direct. They were helpful, had what I wanted and the price was OK. Can't say any more really.

    I bought 1 item from them just over a year ago. The right goods were delivered in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I'd use them again.

    Bought our cooker hood there because price was good. No problems - had no need to test their customer services.
