    There is a 4kW PV system available on ebay for £3200, modules and inverter only.
    you will need roof kit and MCS local installer...

    Stecca are good inverters.

    Isn't there rules about fitting 'secondhand' or non MCS approved supplier (not just the module approved)?
    Starting bid anyway and you could probably buy new for less than £2,700, that's 68p/Watt

    Its all new and its all MCS approved.

    No mention of secondhand ????

    I doubt very much the general public can buy a 4kw system for £3200 inclusive for that amount.

    modules £2700 less 20% is £2250 / 4000 watts is 0.56 a watt !!!
