			<![CDATA[I'm building brick-block walls with 300mm cavities and intend to fill with EPS blown beads. I am considering using wide DPM roll to make bespoke trays for all openings but would like to know:<br />1. If stop ends have to cover the full width of cavity or would shorter ones do?<br />2. If preformed, rigid trays could be used that did not cross the full width - supported with cavity batts?<br /><br />Any other solutions?]]>

			<![CDATA[I'm no expert but I wouldn't expect condensation forming on the outer face of the inner leaf due to air tightness sealing (plastered walls, windows taped, Tony-tray, etc.). But it will probably be easier to install if the DPC roll is bedded in to mortar at both faces.<br /><br />Tony, couldn't find any pic's on your site so was wondering how you turn up the edges of the DPC to form the stop ends when it has to turn through several angles. Snip corners, overlap, form and tape?]]>

			<![CDATA[No, it bends up a perp end beyond the opening and the same with a brick perp. The end of the tray does not need to be square, any angle will do so long as drips can't run over the end,]]>
