    Any advice on a commercial sauna? I said, insulate better (150mm eps or more) , vapour barrier, heat recovery on extract, thicker wood for cladding

    I had a factory that made saunas. Hundreds of them.
    The choice of materials is quite important as they can often hit 100°C air temperature.
    Probably best getting someone who knows to make one. They don't have a very long service life in the domestic setting. Commercial ones are a bit different.

    Just thought I would post a comment before this website vanishes for good.

    We used an importer from Denmark. They used to be very helpful.

    I recently bought one of their BBQ Arctic cabins it is very well made. I have not seen their saunas but if the quality of the BBQ cabins are anything to go by you would not be disappointed. Not sure if they would meet your spec as have not looked into them.
