Any tips on restoring? Or equipment to buy?

We have straight plank Canadian Maple and also parquet which appears to be African Teak maybe.

I've got around 47m2 to restore....

I just repaired beech parquet flooring. 1957 on markings. Rented floor sander. 10m2 done in a couple of hours. Some was just laid and needed a lot taking down then go through grades. 150 180 maximum I did. Used bona sealer then bona hd water based 2 pack varnish. Dries quick. Needed to fit kitchen. Wanted lighter rather than orange granny finish.

Well it turns out it's not maple downstairs, it's either mahogany or sapele....

Any recommended products for this? We'd like to darken it if possible...

Dark, then oil finishes likely ok. I went for water based varnish that did not darken, turn more orange as I had lighter oak surfaces.

Okay - I think I'll give Bona a ring and get some information
