    I have a client interested in finding out about any financial support available for pushing the limits of sustainable design towards achieving a truly passive new build house.
    I think Tony hit a brick wall when researching for his project but wonder if things have changed at all since then.
    Any help / links / contacts or leads would be greatly appreciated.

    I decided not waste my time trying because I was sure to be asked for money and not given it --- your client is clearly an optimist!

    I saw that Lammas were awarded a grant for the community building but it doesn't say on their press release what the fund or 'government initiative' was called.

    "The grant is part of a UK government initiative in which 10 community projects from across the UK have been awarded up to £500,000 for pioneering carbon-reduction approaches"
