Posted By: BrightgreenWhat I mean is that if we have to pay folk with old houses to improve them so's they use less carbon then so be it. If you are constructing a new build then it's far easier to incorporate insulated blocks etc whereas to add these factors to an old dwelling is harder, messier and more costly.
