    10. GREEN RIGHTS
    10.1 C&FGE shall manage on behalf of the Customer the Green Rights for a fee of 15% of the sale value, if applicable of the total annual carbon credits generated by the Products.
    10.2 C&FGE may at any time assign its rights under this Clause 10 to an affiliate or connected company or any accredited agent.

    "Green Rights"
    any rights, instruments, certificates, credits (such as carbon credits, verified emission reduction or their equivalent), grants of financial aid or relief from any governmental authority (“Rights”) in connection or otherwise associated with the generation of electrical production from the Products and which have a value (economic or otherwise) to the Customer.

    Sounds like they might want to, which is a bit of a cheek.
    Are FITs government aid or relief or are they generation payments from an electricity company? The EC seems to think they are state aid as you cannot have a government grant for a green energy project and then claim FITS (EC rules say you can't have 2 grants for the same thing).

    If you are caught in this trap you'd better charge them a hefty parking fee when they come to carry out warranty repairs. :wink:
