Can anyone decipher this section for the agreement please. It looks to me like it will could close all future proceedings if we roll with these terms !! The order has been drafted by my neighbours solicitor by the way.

I agree with most of what you wrote but this bit is wrong. The whole point of a Tomlin order is to compel some complex action after terms are agreed. IANAL but I can read wikipedia" alt="
