I'm new to this group, so forgive me if I'm not formatting this right.

A few questions answered would help.

I live in Oregon, USA. Does this group mostly relate to issues, products, and developments
in the UK, or UK/USA, or is it more worldwide ?

If it's mostly UK, not so much USA, can anyone recommend a forum more related to the USA ?

Does anyone know about using " RICE HULLS " ( waste products of processed rice ) FOR INSULATION
    in residential building ?

Any input on WOOD BURNING FURNACES as a primary heat source?

    Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.

UK mainly Rick and no. I know of nobody insulating using rice hulls but we do have a lot of site visits from folk from the USA so hopefully someone will answer your question better than I am.

There re quite a few threads here on wood burning stoves which is the Uk term for furnaces. So do a forum search on stoves please.
