    Hi all,
I am about to replace open fire back boiler (have already removed it) with insert stove.
    3 bed semi 1970s 85sm 9kw rads + water, small fire opening.
the ease 350 gs has the right output kw wise and also the front comes off which make it a lot easier to check leaks insulate around it and the tappings are in the right place for easy install.

Any feedback on the esse 350gs (green switch) would be greatly appreciated.

my concern is it doesn't seem that solid compared to other insert boiler stoves and it has just been discontinued by ease but is still in stock in some stove centres.

we burn smokeless and would burn more wood with the insert (old back boiler didn't work great with wood as was to small a box and not designed for it).most days 8 months of year 98% heating from fire, so gets a lot of use. we in west of Ireland.

other stoves considered but as the front section does not come off the installation seems crazy tight are. this will all fit in the opening but when in position no space to inspect or tighten tappings (pluming).
